True to our motto #GSVollgas, we mentor dedicated and highly motivated law students in the Franz von Zeiller Moot Court from Civil Law.
It is very important to us to support the eager young legal talent - and this year is no exception with our top team consisting of Klaudia Miladinovic, Johannes Hirtenlehner and Felix Webhofer.
The Franz von Zeiller Moot Court in Civil Law offers students of the Juridicum Vienna and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration an excellent opportunity to get to know the practice of law.
As a partner law firm, we have been supporting members of a moot court team in their role as "junior lawyers" every year since 2014. The moot court team prepares an appeal or a response to an appeal in a case that is actually pending before the Supreme Court and represents the interests of its client in an oral hearing before a high-caliber panel of judges.
We, in particular Andreas Schwaighofer, attorney-at-law, and Marie Bugingo, attorney-at-law, provide our protégés with advice and support and enable the Moot Court team to gain authentic insights into the work of a lawyer.
